It’s not difficult to emigrate form the U.S. to Canada, but it is more difficult to immigrate into Canada. What you are seeking is “Landed immigrant” status. Do a Goggle search on that term plus the word “canada.” Unless the system has changed since i looked years ago, the level of difficulty in immigrating depends upon your desireability according to a set of qualifications, and whether you have a job waiting. the catch-22, of course, is that it’s tougher to find a job without landed immigrant status. And the government may require the employer to prove it can’t fill the job form within 1st.
