Is it hard to travel while maintaining the principles of The Thrive Diet?
I spend about 250 days a year on the road. I’ve actually found it quite easy to maintain a healthy whole food, plant-based diet. If you plan ahead, you can take food with you—energy bars and plantain chips, as mentioned earlier, travel very well. When I arrive at my destination, I’ll find the nearest farmer’s market and stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables.
