In most places, it’s rather illegal to profit even indirectly from the comission of a crime, such as by selling movies of that crime. Also, it is unlikely that a woman forced to participate in such a thing will have voluntarily signed a model release, which would be needed in order to sell any images of her for profit. Now you could have movies depicting a fictional kidnapping/rape scenario, played out by actors and actresses who are consenting to make this movie; but that doesn’t seem to be what the question is about. I understand the question to be about events in which a woman is actually kidnapped, tied up, and forced to have sex, where this activity is filmed as it is taking place; and the question is about whether or not it is legal to sell these films.
