Is it just as good to drink water but with robinsons in it?
Its not true that you need to drink 8 glasses of water a day, you do need to roughly intake that amount of fluid daily but people dont realise that about 20-30% of your fluid intake comes from food, and it includes any liquid, tea, juice, not just water. Its a waste of time forcing yourself to drink if you’re not thirsty because your body wont absorb it anyway, it will only pass straight through, and the fact that its making you pee more frequently shows that you’re body is actually working over time trying to get rid of it.
