He is just becoming more mature. Some dogs change as they get older. And I am very surprised they let not neutered dogs at a dog park…omg! Around here that would never be allowed, it is just asking for a fight. He is about at the age where his true personality is coming through. They don’t mentally start to mature until they are 9-18months of age. I would not take him to the dog park anymore, and work with obedience on leash, maybe even sign up for some classes! So no, I dont think it has anything to do with the neuter, just his age. Also, one week is pretty soon for such exercise after surgery, maybe he was still in some pain.
