Is it normal that siblings fight almost all the time?

Siblings fight because they are always around eachother. It is normal. If it is annoying, then you just send one to a friends house on the weekend and spend time alone. Then switch the next weekend and after they get some time away from eachother, their atitude should change toward eachother.
