Is it normal to have different length of cycles every month?

Most women ovulate *around* the same cycle day each month. Are you actually charting or are you using an ovulation calculator? A calculator isn’t nearly as accurate as one would like it to be. Your luteal phase (time between ovulation and your period) will always be constant. It may vary by a day here an there. However, you can ovulate early or late and that will make your period early or late. I have ovulated as early as cycle day 10 and as late as cycle day 15. I’ve tried out one of those online calculators just for giggles, and never has it had my ovulation day correct.
