Is it OK to attend Yoga and Pilates classes at work during Pregnancy?

If you’re new to Yoga, have a history of miscarriages or undergoing IVF treatment, General Yoga isn’t recommended in your first trimester. If you have prior Yoga experience, we encourage Yoga during all stages of your Pregnancy after seeking your Doctor’s approval. We also offer 5 Prenatal yoga and one Prenatal pilates class at our studio in Willoughby. Please click here for a current timetable. If you would rather attend classes at work, we recommend a Private Session prior to commencing a general class so that Melissa can teach you the modifications and discuss any precautions. Pilates classes at work are not recommended during pregnancy.
