Is it OK to do more than one Oxycise! workout per day?
It’s perfectly alright to Oxycise! more than once a day. And of course, you can always fit in “extras” during a lot of your regular activities. But once you achieve your goal, you can usually maintain it with fewer Oxycise! sessions.
