I have both a B.Sc and M.Sc in Nutrition Science and I keep my vitamins in the fridge because nutrient vitality is higher if the vitamin is a food starch based vitamin (meaning you need to take 4-6 at once to get a full dose). If its a "one a day" multivitamin, then the cupboard is the best place for them.  more
