Is it ok to take Nurofen, paracetamol and codeine at the same time?

Yes it is safe to take them together. Although I would go for Ibuprofen 400mg. Nurofen is only 200mg you have to take 2 to get the maximum dosage… it works out an expensive way to take ibuprofen. You can buy 400mg ibuprofen from a pharmacy and it works out half the price of Nurofen and you get more for your money. If taking the codeine (in migraleve) does not ease the pain then try Paramol which is Paracetamol and dihydrocodeine (same as co-dydramol) be warned a side affect of codeine tablets is constipation and they can also be addictive. If you need to take them for longer than one week I would speak to your GP.
