Is it okay to sleep with a clay mask on?
well, it’s not a great idea, because the clay will go into the pores deeper than intended, and may be hard to wash out creating black heads and spots. Also, it will dry the skin too much as it hardens and hardens through the night. Young skin doesn’t need any of this, if anything the main problem is over producing collagen and also having large pores in the young, which certainly means you don’t have over-dry skin. If you do have dry patches put some honey on them and wash that off – u can leave this over night and it is sticky but works.
