No. Section 8i of the Flag Code reads: “It should not be … printed or otherwise impressed on paper napkins or boxes or anything that is designed for temporary use and discard.” This picture posted by Kraftfoods as a Fourth of July recommendation. They also provide a recipe for a flag cake.
