EIP regulations at 10 NYCRR §69-4.11(a)(4) require the meeting to be conducted in times and settings that are convenient to the parent. The evaluator is required to participate in the meeting, and if the evaluator is unable to attend the meeting, arrangements must be made for the evaluator’s involvement in the meeting by telephone conference call or having a knowledgeable representative directly involved in the child’s evaluation attend the meeting.
