Is it possible to assign the types of EDB and PTR transactions that a reviewer will receive in PAN?
Yes, it is possible to assign Personnel/Payroll PAN reviewer designations by type as was possible when notifications were issued through ASAP. It is possible in the PAN environment for reviewers to be designated under: the Event (E) column as EMP, PER, BEN, *** (EMP, PER and BEN), TRF, or Pay the Program ID (PI) column as A (Academic), 1 Prof. Support Staff), 2 (Mgmt./Senior Prof.), or * (All) the Student Status (SS) column as 1 (Not Registered), 2 (Not Registered, Grad Degree Candidate), 3 (Undergrad. Student), 4 (Grad. Student), 5 (Not Reg, Grad St. Other Campus), 6 (Undergrad. Student, Other Campus) or 7 (Grad. Student, Other Campus) or * All These designations determine the transactions for which individuals will be notified as mandatory reviewers.
