Is it possible to be pregnant and have no symptoms, except missed period?

Yes it is possible to be pregnant and have no symptoms accept a missed period. Some girls even still get a light to normal period, although this is rare. I had no symptoms this pregnancy, I was shocked when I got the BFP. (I’d had a miscarriage and never ended up getting my period, after 8 weeks of no period, I took a test and walla!). But in my last pregnancy we knew I was pregnant even before tests could detect the pregnancy hormone because almost instantly my breasts were sore and I was really tired all the time. I guess its luck of the draw really, each woman’s body reacts differently to each pregnancy. Even if a woman experiences no symptoms in one pregnancy, it doesn’t necesserily mean the next pregnancy will be the same. Every pregnancy is different in one way or another.
