Yes. Compress using either the ZGB feature (ZipGigaByte) format or the ZIP64 format. These formats will allow you to compress any size file and create compressed archives larger than 4GB. If you choose ZIP to compress your files and the end result will be an archive larger than 4GB, PentaZip will convert to ZIP64 automatically.
