Yes. We suggest you parallel connect the some RJ45 sockets on your patch panel. Connect from the BT socket to one of the parallel sockets with our AA1824 and a standard network cables. Then, connect the extension to one other the paralleled sockets with a standard network cables. Terminate the other end of the RJ45 socket with AA1193.
