Is it possible to do Oxycise! at work?
The office is a great place to Oxycise! You can have a great workout without getting on the floor. In Level One there are about 10 positions on the floor. Just substitute any 10 of the standing or sitting positions and you have a full routine. You may also enjoy getting Level 2 or the other workouts, so you will have additional ideas to incorporate into your office workout.
