Eat it as you would a cow. Slaughter it, drain the blood, eviscerate it, skin it, butcher it, cook it, consume it, digest it, evacuate it.

You would have to kill the horse first. If you tried to eat it alive, it would kill you, or serious injury you, which could lead to brain damage.

she was just being sarcastic but i guess you can eat a horse if you slaughter and butcher it first.

you kill one (please don’t :'[) and carve it for its meat, cook it, then eat it. don’t know if horse meat is any nice though.
