Is it possible to exchange a council house in Poland for one in ?
Assuming Poland has council houses, why would a Pole want to exchange his/her house for lets say, Barnsley, where the fresh air is atrocious, only eat yorkshire pudding, mushy peas and mint sauce and no-one can understand a friggin word they are saying or, Liverpool were there are bloody thousands of the buggers taking up homes, jobs and claiming brewsters from the government, and giving the poor scouser a bad name. Well folks, you decide!!!
