Is it possible to have a nose fracture and not notice?

I had a broken nose for years without realizing it. It wasn’t until after years of recurring sinus infections & vertigo, and a multitude of other symptoms that I found out what it was. It caused me so many problems that it almost killed me. Usually deviated septums are harmless, & can go untreated for years. Usually it is left alone unless you begin to have recurring sinus infections like I did. This resulted in surgery to repair the septum because the bones collapsed, causing numorous other problems. After surgery for a deviated septum, & 3 sinus surgeries I am now feeling so much better. I hope your’s doesn’t cause you problems like mine did. It can be pretty miserable. Goodluck to you!
