Is it possible to have a vaginal vericose vein?
I am a 28 year old woman 22 weeks pregnant with my firist child. I have noticed that ever since about week 12 of my pregnancy that my husband and I can’t have sex without me feeling an uncomfortable, almost painful feeling on one very sensitive, raised spot in my vagina. He says he feels like there’s a bump there or something. It’s too far in for him or me to see. We have had to change the way we have sex to avoid this bump. I wonder if it could be a big blood vessel or a vein popping out since I have one vein in my leg that got bigger since begining pregnancy. Any idea what this could be? I’m still blaming it on the pregnancy but I’m hoping it goes away.
