Is it possible to increase the authorised share capital for a Hong Kong company in the future?

Yes, it is possible to increase the authorised share capital after you have formed your Hong Kong company, by passing an ordinary resolution by the shareholders, preparing and filing documents with the Companies Registry and paying the necessary capital duty. Capital duty payable is HKD 1.00 for every or part of HKD 1,000 of the increase (subject to a maximum fee of HKD 30,000 per case).
