Is it possible to install a loader on a Massey Ferguson 1010 tractor?
There is a site http://www.loaderplans.com that offers plans for loaders to fit small tractors of all types. The Massey 1010 is similiar to Allis and Deutz-Allis models made by Hinomoto, for which the manufacturer and loader manufacturers make models to fit. It should be noted that hydrostatic transmissions are better able to withstand the strain of heavy use such as loader work than gear transmissions. On any tractor the side rails (frame) should be reinforced with plate steel and the side brackets should be fastened to a cross beam under the tractor to prevent stress damage from the loader.
