It is possible to ovulate that early. Here is another possibility: sometimes women have a “period” without ovulating first. This is called an anovulatory cycle. With those kind of cycles, the bleeding occurs simply because of hormones or if the uterine lining gets too thick. With a cycle like that, your true ovulation can come at any time, even soon after the “period.” I would never ever trust an ovulation calculator. I trust only my own body and my proven observations. Most calculators assume that every woman has a 28 day cycle and that we all ovulate on day 14th which is really a myth. Most women aren’t textbook examples. OPKs are also not really worth it.
