I dealt with this issue a lot while in the car rental business. It’s a relatively easy fix, just takes time. Carefully remove the bulb itself as set aside. If you can remove the headlight assembly/housing it can make it a bit easier. Use a hair dryer to dry out the housing. Be aware that this can take upwards of an hour to dry. Don’t get the hair dryer too close as you may blister or warp the plastic of the housing. If it happens again you may want to drill one or two very small holes on the lowest edge of the headlight housing for drainage. I usually looked for a seam with a gasket or something similar as placement for the drainage holes. The biggest thing is take your time. Don’t be in a hurry while doing anything. If you are wary of forgetting how everything goes back together, take pictures (cell phone is handy for this) of each step while taking things apart. An egg carton is a good way to keep screws and bolts separated yet handy. Any washers and nuts should be put on the screws/
