Is it possible to take money back off PayPal?

Sorry, but while paypal IS very safe and secure, your money CAN be taken back. If the buyer enters a complaint about you for non-delivery, for bad merchandise, etc., they can hold your money or even return it to the buyer. If your money is “PENDING”, you need to find out why. It is safer (and harder to take it back) if the money is actually IN your paypal account and not just ‘pending’. The only time my paypal money was ‘pending’ was when somebody sent me an e-check & I had to wait for it to clear. When that happened, I emailed the buyer and told them the item would ship when the e-check cleared and not before. So you do have that option. HOWEVER, if the money is pending because you do not have a VERIFIED paypal account or are a new user with certain limits – then you need to ship and post a TRACKING NUMBER to get the money to post properly, I believe.
