Is it possible to test how far DNS propagation has progressed for a website domain?
The domain and hosting package was purchased 3 days ago and I’m concerned that something is wrong since nothing is showing…. DNS usually takes from 12-24 hours to propagate throughtout the internet. Of course sometimes it takes up to 48 hours. If you don’t see the change within at least 48 hours, the DNS server you are using isn’t propagating the DNS entries correctly. Might I suggest www.afraid.org. They are free and their propagation rates range from 4-12 hours from what I’ve experienced. Hope this helps.
