A racist is a person who mostly discriminates a person. Some people who stereotype people offensively can also be called a racist. But unless it is a very offensive stereotype the person cannot be called a racist.

not directly racist … generally what is being said or done will have implied suggestion of superiority of one race above another or above others… so usually it will be implicitly racist eg all indians eat curry…
