Is it rare for people with spina bifida to NOT have hydrocephalus?

My friend has spina bifida, but she does NOT have hydrocephalus. She uses crutches to get around, and a wheelchair if she’s tired. She also has bladder and bowell problems, and was born with clubfoot. I’m just wondering if it’s rare for someone with her type of SB (or any type) to not have hydrocephalus. Thanks in advance!
