Is it safe to leave a key with Maids Express?
Of course it is. At no extra charge, Maids Express offers a lock box program. Your spare keys will be labeled with a randomly generated code, which is stored in a password protected computer file. The keys will remain in our lockbox until the day of your cleaning, at which point your cleaning team will pick them up in the morning along with your checklist and work order. Per company policy your keys will be returned to the lockbox at the conclusion of the workday. Should a key be lost, the liability of Maids Express is limited to the cost of making a replacement key(s).
