It is safe, however, it is recommended by our doctors that you take your Tocopherols in the morning with your breakfast and take your Tocotrienols in the evening with your dinner (or at least 2 hours apart from each other). It has been found that alpha-tocopherol inhibits the absorption of Tocotrienols in the gut wall, thus rendering the tocotrienols less effective if taken together.
