Is it safe to use a car jack to change my 2000 honda civic oil?

i have a 2000 honda civic and the jack that came with it… would it be safe to change its oil with only the jack the car came with it holding it up… it will probably be in the garage when i do it and i know where i can recycle the old oil… thanks for all answers A: Not a good Idea, If ya can find some way of securing the vehicle like a block of concrete under near where you put the jack ( under the car ) to catch it if it falls, that way ya won’t have to sacrifice your head if the car falls, and I have seen them fall on alot of people !! Good luck, Hope this helps !!
