If your card is lost or stolen, or if your card number is used without your permission, report it right away. You’ll have Zero Liability for unauthorized purchases. There are some exceptions • Your account must be in good standing. • You must have exercised reasonable care to safeguard your card from theft or loss. • You must have not reported two or more incidents of unauthorized use within the preceding 12 months.
