Is it too early to put my hanging baskets and bedding plants out (UK)?

As another poster has said, the bedding plants are in the garden centres now and they are pretty clued up on when they can sell them and if it's still too cold. I just purchased some hanging baskets and am going to get them done tomorrow, so fingers crossed the cold weather will go for good because they cost an absolute fortune to replace!  more
