Is it too late for Project Niagara to choose the runner-up site as the preferred location for the festival?

There were no runner-ups per se. The Parks Canada on Lakeshore Road was the only site that satisfied the stringent criteria due to its natural beauty, gracious size and low ambient noise. For more information on site selection please see the Phase II Feasibility Study at www.projectniagara.ca.
