Is it true that mealworms will burrow through a Leopard Geckos stomach?

No. A mealworm would never survive the acids of a geckos stomach long enough to do any damage, that is of course if its head is still attached to its body after its been munched on. The myth probably came around after a mealworm burrowed out of an already dead gecko.
