No. Contact with Urushiol is the only thing that causes a poison ivy rash, and that isnt the substance that oozes from the blisters. Remember, the first step in treating a poison ivy rash is washing the affected area with warm water and soap, as well as any other object or pet that may have also come in contact with Urushiol.
