Sugar is an antinutrient and will drain vitamins from your body. Naturally occurring fats are essential for good health. Without fats, many vitamins & minerals can not be incorporated into the body structure. The link between saturated fats and heart health is based on faulty science but very few are willing to contradict the long standing edict.
