Is it worth breeding bettas to sell?
Breeding bettas is tons of work. Even if you only breed one pair, this can end up with 100-500 babies. However, bettas are one of the sought after fish and you can sell good quality ones at 5$ a fish. The baby bettas will need baby brine shrimp and micro worms as there first food. You would also need hundreds of contaniers for the bettas when they get older. However, these can be as small has 1 quart to half gallon jars. As for where to sell them, private pet stores will take them off your hands. Even other stores that are not pet stores will sometimes take them. You can also try selling them to the public and online. Bettas are very easy to ship. Hope this helps!!!
