Yes, our “Now Even Softer” Softer Butter is suitable for baking. However it should be used from the refrigerator as due to its enhanced spreadabilty it tends to soften up much more quickly than our original Softer at ambient temperature. If you would prefer to store your Butter at ambient temperature for baking purposes then we recommend that you use Kerrygold Packet Butter as a substitute.
