Hairs has three distinct growth phase that is Active growth phase, Regressive phase and Resting phase. The laser most effectively disables hair that is in the active growth. Our hairs are always in a different hair growth cycle, even after several times of laser hair removal treatment, laser only can disables hair that is in the active growth not disables hairs that is in other growth phase.
