Is lower back pain and menstrual cramps normal in early pregnancy?

Back pain yes, menstrual cramps no. You may just be having cramps from your uterus stretching, sometimes that can feel like menstrual cramps. The bigger the baby gets the more pressure it puts on your back, especially if your uterus is tilted back. My 1st pregnancy I felt horrible the entire time. Hang in there, it sounds like you’re fine. Hopefully it won’t last the whole time. It doesn’t feel as bad when you finally feel the baby move. It makes it all worth it. Good luck..
