While it’s always good to question your own actions and motives, others’ motives and actions should be questioned as much or more. Cults like Scientology use a packing technique where you are repeatedly told to doubt yourself, that you are hostile a defensive or maybe aggressive and that if you disagree, that is a symptom of that hostility. They are essentially ganging up on you and bullying you in to believing you are wrong. If you know yourself well, you will perceive quite clearly and calmly that the hostility is coming from them because you are setting yourself apart from them.
