Answer Nancy, No. But Clark Kidders Marilyn Monroe Magazine Cover Books 1 & 2 would be the best reference to look. Or contact the publishers of Vogue and ask them because they certainly would have record of it. I do know that the Summer 1962 Bert Stern photo shoot was for Vogue and a large feature spread for Fall, but after her death, only a few of the the black and white images were used in a 10 page tribute.
