well i don’t think your milk supply is drying up. But there are a few things that you should do, always, to make sure it stays up. Make sure you: 1) eat a nutritious diet 2) drink plenty of water/fluids (you can eat all you want but it won’t become anything much if you don’t have enough fluids to help the process), aim for at least the recommended 8 cups, plus one more cup 3) it is normal for your milk supply to balance out after being engourged, but if you feel that it has gone down too much you can pump a little more often, and don’t forget to pump at night too copying your babies natural pattern. 4) make sure you aren’t taking any medication that could be affecting your milk supply, always check with your doctor before taking any medicine. 5) Confindence! it is the biggest reason why women stop breastfeeding, lack of confidence. Sometimes when I go to breastfeed my son, I am SURE that I have no milk or very little just from feeling my breasts, but then he starts and it is enough for
