Is NIAID expecting all human and/or animal approval letters at the time of submission?
No, but will be required by the time of funding. In this instance, funding will commence shortly after submission so gathering this information to have it ready will facilitate the process of beginning the research. However, complete human subjects and vertebrate animal sections MUST be included, as needed, as well as a discussion of biohazard issues.
