” nippon is a little cheaper, but it is really crap, i know this because i sell it and have worked with paint for many years now, it is based on talc, literally talcum powder, whereas dulux is alaminium oxide, making dulux better. not to mention the typical, white, light, deep and accent nippon bases cant hold tint like the dulux white, deep, ultra deep, extra bright, orange, true red, magenta, blue and heaps more.
