Noah Cyrus is the nine year old sister of Miley Cyrus, yet she has started a new fashion line for girls her own age. Now ordinarily there would be nothing wrong with that, as she does come from a privileges family and has the resources and contacts to do so. The problem is this: she is designing lingerie that would be better suited for a 20 year old woman, not a little girl. CelebrityFix reports the youngest Cyrus girl launching her new clothing line.
